Return Policy

  1. DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

    • All products sold by OFFICEFURNITUREONDEMAND.COM are covered under the Moss‐Magnusson Act. The term of such warranty is applied categorically by item. During the term of warranty any product is subject to repair or replacement, at the sole discretion of OFFICEFURNITUREONDEMAND.COM according to the written warranty. A product may be returned to OFFICEFURNITUREONDEMAND.COM with the freight prepaid and the product will be repaired or replaced and returned to the user prepaid.

      If product is received and there is visible damage to the carton, it must be noted on the shipping documentation at time of signing for product. Photos must be taken of carton and of the damage to the product and forwarded to customer service in order to process the claim.

      1. Initial Defective Item
        Product may be returned to OFFICEFURNITUREONDEMAND.COM for credit within the first 30 days of receipt. OFFICEFURNITUREONDEMAND.COM will pay return freight charges.
      2. Defective Failure While In Use
        Product is strictly subject to warranty assigned to the specific purchase. Parts may be shipped at no cost to the purchaser for the life of the warranty term assigned to each individual product component.
      3. Damaged in Transit
        If product is damaged in transit
        • Prepaid Freight
          Where OFFICEFURNITUREONDEMAND.COM pays the freight as a part of the whole cost of the product, OFFICEFURNITUREONDEMAND.COM accepts responsibility for freight claims. Return Authorization will be issued for the product. If a replacement is desired it must be requested at time Return Authorization is requested.
        • Freight Collect or 3rd Party Freight Billing
          Where a purchaser pays freight directly to contracted carrier, freight claims are the responsibility of the purchaser.
    • Service
      Defective product after the initial 30 days will be serviced either by OFFICEFURNITUREONDEMAND.COM or Consumer through shipment of parts. Consumers requesting service by OFFICEFURNITUREONDEMAND.COM are required to return the item prepaid for disposition by OFFICEFURNITUREONDEMAND.COM. Repaired or replaced product will be returned prepaid to customer.
    • Destroy In Field Option
      OFFICEFURNITUREONDEMAND.COM retains the right of sole discretion for authorization of any option other than stated in paragraph titled "Service" above.
  2. CUSTOMER REMORSE


    Product return requests due to customer remorse are subject to a restocking fee and must be returned prepaid by the customer. Credit for such returns will be issued upon receipt of resalable product according to the following schedule:
    • Custom Fabricated Product: 40% restocking fee applies
    • All other Inventoried Items: 30%
    • An additional deduction from credit will be withheld for costs necessary to restore any product returned in non‐salable condition. Charges may consist of and do not exclude the complete cost of the product.
    • If freight was prepaid on original purchase, the cost of the freight will be deducted from the credit
  3. Venue; Applicable Law. YOU AGREE THAT ALL ACTIONS OR PROCEEDINGS ARISING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT, OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SAMPLES OR PRODUCTS OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH SUCH USE, SHALL BE LITIGATED IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF Milwaukee, Wisconsin OR THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF “Wisconsin” . YOU ARE EXPRESSLY SUBMITTING AND CONSENTING IN ADVANCE TO SUCH JURISDICTION IN ANY ACTION OR PROCEEDING IN ANY OF SUCH COURTS, AND ARE WAIVING ANY CLAIM THAT MILWAUKEE, WISCONSIN OR THE DISTRICT OF WISCONSIN IS AN INCONVENIENT FORUM OR AN IMPROPER FORUM BASED ON LACK OF VENUE. This site is created and controlled by OFFICEFURNITUREONDEMAND.COM a wholly owned subsidiary of Everything On Demand, LLC in the State of Wisconsin, USA. As such, the laws of WISCONSIN will govern the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and elsewhere throughout the Site, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.
  4. Verify Customer's Address: OFFICEFURNITUREONDEMAND.COM reserves the right to contact a customer via email to verify the accuracy of account information (including the customer's correct name and address) that is needed to provide the customer with the information he or she requested from OFFICEFURNITUREONDEMAND.COM.
